With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucille Rice (Shellman, Georgia), born in Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Beard and Nannie Maude Avera Beard; her husband James A. Rice (Buddy); and her son William Wayne Rice. She is survived by: her son Jimmy Wade Rice (Brenda) of Cuthbert; her grandchildren, Ryan Rice, Mandy Rice Bennett, Todd Rice, Wayne Rice, Jr., Jalee Rice Wilson (Nate), Gary Rice (Jenn) and Tabatha Rice Boyett (Dale); and her sister Mary Beard. She is also survived by 12 great granddaughters, 2 great grandsons.
