He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Sharkey Milner and Carol Melton Milner. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Lou Turner Milner of Shellman; his sons, Greg Milner (Patty) of Morgan, Keith Milner (Angie) of Shellman and Derrick Milner of Shellman; his siblings, Patsy Milner Brown of Shellman, Dale Milner (Judy) of Albany, Jim Milner (Bonnie) of Shellman and Rex Milner of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Melinda, Kristi (Brett), Caitlyn (Brett), Hunter, Brandon, Cameron and Caden; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Isabella, Skylair and Emett.

Friends are welcome however social distancing will be required.
