He is survived by: his wife Mary Butler of Shellman Bluff; his daughter Candice Thomas (Bryan) of Cumming Georgia; his granddaughter Zinnia Thomas; his sister Polly Paul (Michael Adkins) of Madison Georgia; and his sisters-in-law, Jackie Parker of Ludowici and Christy Walker (Bobby) of Shellman Bluff.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Georgia.
