With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Talmadge Eugene Smith of Sharpsburg, Georgia, born in Bowdon, Georgia, who passed away on May 14, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Luther F. Smith; his wife Barbara Conner Smith; and his daughter Susan Milner. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Smith (Marian), Eddie Smith (Angela), Judy Hammett (Lanny), Timothy Milner and Kim Starkey (Robert); and his sibling Videria Phillips. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
