He was predeceased by : his father Luther F. Smith; his wife Barbara Conner Smith; and his daughter Susan Milner. He is survived by : his children, Bobby Smith (Marian), Eddie Smith (Angela), Judy Hammett (Lanny), Timothy Milner and Kim Starkey (Robert); and his sibling Videria Phillips. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
