It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie May McNeal of Sharpsburg, Georgia, born in Monticello, Georgia, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Volley E. Stephens and Georgia Cravey Stephens; her former husband Raymond Coy Martin; and her great grandchild Wyatt Sharman. She is survived by: her husband Lamar "Buddy" McNeal of Sharpsburg; her children, Raymond Dwayne Martin of Franklin, Tammy Sharman (David) of Senoia, Jennifer Powell (Jerry) of Senoia and Danny Martin of Sharpsburg; her stepchildren, Leslie McNeal of Dawsonville, Jenee McNeal of Dawsonville and Steven McNeal (April) of Dawsonville; and her brothers, Alton Stephens of Abbeville, Ray Stephens of Newnan and Walter Stephens of Newnan. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
