He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jack Stephens and Essie Lee Adams Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Stephens; his son Tony Stephens (DeAnne); his granddaughter Brooke Anwar (Jacob); and his great grandchild Sawyer Anwar. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the White Oak First Baptist Church (2078 E Hwy 34, Newnan, GA 30265).
