Richard James Fogg Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard James Fogg of Sharpsburg, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Dillard Fogg, Sr. and Mary Nell Montgomery Fogg. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ivey Fogg; and his siblings-in-law, Kaye Fogg, Russell Bowman and Richard Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and caring friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Richard's name to the Parkinson Association.
