He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Allen Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Arlyn; his son Andrei; his sister Ann (Camden) of Athens, AL; and his nieces, Dr. Leanne Whitaker of Athens, AL and Ashley Hansel (Philip) of Athens, AL. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
