He is survived by: his wife Terri Ann Weis Bailey; his daughter Megan Leigh Bailey of Carrollton, GA; his sister Patrice Lewis of Birmingham, AL; his mother-in-law Nancy Weis of Peachtree City, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Leon McLaughlin of Rome, GA and Rhonda Rayser (Robert). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his 16 year old best friend.
