He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith and Betty Mintz Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith; his children, Melissa Stuckey (John), Christopher Smith and Amanda Smith; his grandsons, Nolen Smith, Johnathon Smith and William Stuckey; his brother Brian Smith; and his friend Lee Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
