In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jay Sherman leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jay Sherman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barry "JB" Griswell and Mary Ann Stinchcomb; and his brother Barry Griswell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Griswell; his son James Griswell (Rachael); his stepdaughters, Leah Luna (Jaziel) and Holly Abundez (Hector); and his siblings, Vicki Stubblefield and Rick Griswell (Anne). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, a gaggle of grandchildren, and more great friends.
