He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Manuel and Ruth Manuel; and his siblings, Sandra Kay Manuel and Donald Dean Manuel. He is survived by: his wife Ann Manuel; his son James A. Manuel (Kristen); his grandchildren, Lucas and Riley Manuel; and his sister Mary Ann Hunt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
