We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2019, at the age of 85, Jack Roger Smith Sr. (Sharpsburg, Georgia), born in Gainesville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Smith and Dessie Young Smith; and his siblings, Aaron Smith (Jo), Clay Smith (Betty), Marie Casey (Alton) and Lavelle Whitfield (Larry).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Elizabeth Ray; his sister Eloise Piper; his son Jack Roger Smith, Jr. (Jennifer); his granddaughter Kristin Killoran (Pat); his great grandchild James Smith (Emmalyn); and also, Molly Seiler (Sam), Tracy Jones (Colton), Emily Seiler, Ray Lee Smith (Lisa), Sally, Josie Smith, Timothy Smith, Gregory Stephen Smith (Susan), Stephanie MacDurmon (Jonathan) and Hannah Evans (Corey). He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.
