She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Lee and Charles Bloodworth; her husband Jimmy; her daughter Sheryl; and her siblings, Hardwick Yates, Jack Bloodworth and Opal Hazel Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Forrest (Laurie), Barry, Kerry (Yvonne), Terry (Sarah) and Sherry; her grandchildren, Corey Gossett (Virginia), Joshua Gossett, Aaron Gossett, Daniel Gossett, Keith Gossett, Heather Flowers, Michael Tosser and Dawn Padham; her great grandchild Oliver James Gossett; her grandchildren, Atticus Gossett, Deyla Gossett-Plott, Dominic, Gavin, Mason, Hannah Flowers, Colin Zubee, Caleb Wallace, Jeremiah and Rilynn Rader; her nephew John Yates (Kat); and her niece Kathleen Langston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
