It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleve Jones Jr. of Sharpsburg, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Cleveland Jones, Sr. and Barbara Jo Jones; and his sister-in-law Wendy Bantin. He is survived by: his wife Susan Jones of Sharpsburg; his children, Hope Jones (Mitchell) of Sharpsburg, Michelle Jones of Sharpsburg, Lawanda Anderson (David) of Hampton, Robbie Jones (Zach Perry) of Sharpsburg and Jerry Jones (Trina Cason) of Sharpsburg; his grandchildren, Patrick, Taylor, Gavin, Brooklyn, Austin, Hailey, Raelynn, Lukas, Aamya, Emily and Maddie; his sisters, Glynda Kidd (Allan) of Locust Grove and Lynn Montgomery (Allen); his stepmother Betty Jones of Franklin; and his siblings-in-law, David Bantin of Riverdale, Charles Bantin of Hampton and Tina Watkins of Senoia. He is also survived by his wife, children and many grandchildren.
