He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rex and Sarah Inez Clotfelter (Batchelor); and his siblings, Bill Clotfelter and Lynn Grant. He is survived by: his wife Mindy Clotfelter; his children, Ronnie Clotfelter (Julie), Julie Lynn Gossett (Keith), Cathryn Cheryl Huggins and Dusti Whitener (Shannon); his grandchildren, Alexandra Clotfelter, Cody Clotfelter, Dylan Clotfelter, Jacob Huggins, Brittany Huggins, Cameron Whitener and Ashton Whitener; his great grandchild Aiden Luke Huggins; and his siblings, Allen Clotfelter, Terry Clotfelter and Anita Cole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
