He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his brother Thomas Dougherty; and his children, Gary Dougherty (Penni), Angie Weathersby (Marty), John Dougherty (Jennifer) and Craig Dougherty (Dolly). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
