He is survived by: his children, Wayne Proctor (Terri) of Sharpsburg, Allen Proctor of Chattahoochee Hills, Bubba Proctor (Renee) of Sharpsburg and Missy North (Ronny) of Sharpsburg; and his grandchildren, Travis, Meghan Proctor, Amanda Proctor, John Allen Proctor, Daniel Carroll, Jaynie Proctor and Sadie Kelly (Kyle). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grand children and he loved his wife.
