She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Leroy Railey; her parents, Roosevelt "Rube" Smith (Eunice C. "Big) and Esther Keeble Smith; her grandson Jeremy Railey; and her siblings, Wayner, Mary, Geraldine, Joe and Donnie.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Railey (Judi), Danny Railey (Michelle) and Yvonne Carter; her sister Gwinell Brown; her grandchildren, Tina Long, Lee Carter, Dustin Railey and Chris Railey; and her great grandchildren, Jordan Long, Chase Long, Nora Carter, Aubrey Railey, Parker Railey, Logan Railey and Lorelai Railey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
