She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Silas A. Rickards and Maggie Pearl Rickards; and her husband Dr. John A. Britt, Jr..
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to American Alzheimer's Association, since she suffered the condition in her later years.
