With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeffrey R. Joyner of Sharon, Georgia, born in Decatur, Georgia, who passed away on October 8, 2020 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Earvin Lee "Pete" Joyner; and his grandparents, Mabel, G. R. Hatfield of Monroe, Georgia, Lee Talmadge and Maggie Joyner of Brunswick, Georgia..
He is survived by: his mother Sarah Hatfield Joyner; his wife Sharon Joyner (Leverett); his sons, Travis Joyner (Ashley) and Ryan Joyner; his siblings, Lee Joyner (Sabrina), Bryan Joyner (Cynthia) and Jennifer Joyner Thomas; his pets, Kirby and Boss; and his friend Buffy Patterson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Second Baptist Church Victory Sports, 2504 Moody Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088 and/or Critical Care for Animal Angels Rescue, 7649 Houston Road, Byron, Georgia 31008.
