He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chance and Margaret Chance. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Chance; his sons, Henry Lee Chance Jr. and Jason Lloyd Chance (Angeline); and his brothers, James Chance (Francis) and David Chance. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews.
