He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Stusak and Janet F. Stusak; his brother Donnie Stusak; and his grandparents, Leon, Valesta Stusak and John Morton.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Kay Stusak; his children, Michele Stusak, Angela Stusak Daly (Dan) and Craig William L. Stusak; his grandsons, Cody Daly, Nicholas Daly, Bryan Daly and Ian Stusak; his sister Muriel Hobbie (Dan); his niece Christine Hutchison; and his nephew Scott Cover.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Gary William Stusak to Central Georgia Cancer Care, 114 Sutherlin Dr. C-1, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
