He was predeceased by: his parent William Franklin Cook. He is survived by: his parent Vernice Newburn Cook Biles; his wife Carole Wheeler Cook; his children, Phaedra, Regina, Renae, Denise, Michelle and William; his stepdaughter Gina; and his siblings, Freddie Biles, Eddie Biles, Shirley Mae and Verte Mae.
