He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Boyd Frank Minshew and Dorothy Ailene Witt Minshew; his wife Alma Jean Cagle Minshew; and his sons-in-law, Garry Luke Davis, Sr. and Marvin "Orlando" Price.
He is survived by: his children, William Michael Minshew (Judy), Dottie Cook (Joe), Debra Davis, Kim Stone (Stacy) and Michelle Harris (Tony); his grandchildren, Luke Davis, Kyle Davis, Jessica Holder (Zane), Zachary Stone (Salisa), Tatiana Lopez (Christian), Tamyrra Price (Tyler Wells), Abral Wilson-Thrasher (Josh), Joshua Cook (Desalee) and Jessica Willingham; his great grandchildren, Chelsey Davis, Isaak Lopez, Hunter Cook, Reed Cook, Chloe Willingham and Lynton Wells; his brother John E. Minshew (Janneal); and his pets, Sassy and Cross. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
