He was predeceased by: his father Robert McGarity Jr.; his stepfather William Phillips; and his brother Will McGarity. He is survived by: his mother Paulette R. Phillips; his son Caleb McGarity; and his siblings, Robert McGarity, Joseph McGarity, Billy Phillips, Renee Davis, Teresa Scott, Lori Phillips and Amberlee Phillips.
