He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Lowery Sewell; his children, David (Cyndi), Max, Jr. (Patsy), Eddie (Ann), Doyle (Gladys), Greg (Lorie) and Ruth; his siblings, Claire, Glenda, Diane, Marie and Bobby; his sister-in-law Melba; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Chelsea, Austin, Patrick, Zachary, Kelli, Dustin and Breanna. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
