She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Strother, Sr.; her parents, George R. Lopp and Aretha V. Lopp; and her brother George R. Lopp, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, John B. Strother, Gretchen S. Pruett (Bill), Pamela S. Kimrey (Rick) and Stephanie S. Puckett (David); her grandchildren, Summer Mae, Bailey, Wade, Rhett, Alan (Blaire), Thomas (Ashley), Chance, Autumn, Samuel, Montana, Jeff (Shannon), Tonya and Tracy (Chris); her great grandchildren, Sundara Rose, Sofia Rain, Ava Claire, Everly Kate, Bryce, Braxton, Leslie, Ayden, Taryn, Eloise Faith, Hunter, Jeffery, Jacob, Jessie, Tommy and Chase; and her sister Annette Robinson (Gene) of Parson, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Monticello First United Methodist Church (651 College St, Monticello, GA 31064). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery (601 Railroad St, Shady Dale, GA 31085).
