He is survived by: his wife Linda Smoak Clarke; his daughters, Amy Zidar (Kevin), Lindsay Douglas (Brad) and Allison Parnell (Jason); and his grandchildren, Brooke, Wyatt, Sarah Kate Zidar, Will, Tyler, Levi Douglas, Nolan, Walker and Luke Parnell.
