He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Gerald and Doris Duke Adamson Sunday; and his sister Phillis Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Jan Adamson; his children, Michelle Williams (Greg), Suzanne Boling (Blake) and Tony Adamson, Jr. (Victoria); his grandchildren, Maisie, Mason, Carlie and Brooks; and his sister Patricia Mask.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Tony's name to the City of Hope Cancer Center in Newnan, Georgia.
