He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Maurice Pilcher and Betty Louise Whitten Pilcher; his former wife Sharon Sue Pilcher; and his daughter Kristie Leigh Pilcher. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pilcher of Senoia; his in-laws, Ronald Lee Jager and Mary Linda Jager; his siblings-in-law, Raymond Lee Jager (Cindi) and Sherrie Tomlinson; his stepchildren, Kritina Werts (Tyler), Michelle Elliott (Robby) and Gary Banks (Brooke); and his grandchildren, Addison Werts, Kyden, Hansleigh and Emma Banks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brooks Assembly of God (7401 Newnan Rd, Brooks, GA 30205). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Lung Association in Phil's name.
