He is survived by: his wife Lisa Sowell; his children, Waylon Buchanan, Brooks Sowell, Chelsea Blankinship (Josh) and Shannon Fortner (Trevor); his grandchildren, Courtney, Brittany, Casey, Zachariah, Jadyn, Abigail, Zachari, Little Neil, Jaxon, Little Waylon and Payton; and his siblings, Steve Sowell, Scotty Sowell, Cindy Johnson and Lisa Sowell.
