She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsay Hall and Cora Hall; her husband Roy Homer Waters; her siblings, Edward, James, Gene and Kathleen; her son Rodney; and her great grandchild Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Bergeron (Mark), Rickey Waters (Angela) and Ray Waters (Crystal); her grandchildren, Paul, Todd, Maryann, Karen, Rick, Christopher, Susan and Rebecca; and her great grandchildren, Sammy, Ashlyn, Kendall, Ryan, Kimberly, Regan, Rowan, Avery, Patrick and Emmaline. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
