She was predeceased by: her husband Raby Maurice Rountree; her sister Dorothy McElroy; and her son William "Billy" Clifford Whitaker, III. She is survived by: her brother Paul Leonard (Judy) of Davidson, NC; her children, Vicki Whitaker Kashani of Senoia and Larry; her daughters-in-law, Anita Rountree of Hiram and Melinda Whitaker of Dallas; her brother-in-law Don McElroy of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Stacy Ellis (Jason), Kaylee Elliott (William), Dustin Kashani, Caleb Whitaker, Tyler Whitaker (Kristin), Kenneth Rountree and Brett Rountree (Tiffany); her caregiver Christine Jones; and her pet Peppy. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
