He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Lee Campbell and Helen Roberts Spoutz; and his wife Ellen Hieronymus Campbell. He is survived by: his daughters, Marianne Murphy (Rhett) and Sandy Aoa (Michael); his sister Gloria Hoss; his grandchildren, Braeden Aoa, Caity Aoa and MeriGrace Murphy; and his nieces, Andrea Fox and Renee DeGroat.

Rather than sending flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the charity of your choice.
