He was predeceased by: his wife Ann; his parents, Joseph Merrick and Geraldine Merrick; and his sister Marjorie Geis. He is survived by: his children, Kelley Ann Merrick of Senoia, Dorcas Merrick Morris (John) of Roswell and Jonathan Merrick (Kelly) of Sharpsburg; and his grandsons, Michael, Christopher, Nicholas, Jonathan, William, Connor, Jack and Samuel. He is also survived by family, friends and neighbors.
