He was predeceased by: his daughter Kari Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Betty Maddox of Senoia, GA; his son Ben Maddox of Griffin, GA; his mother Martha Maddox; and his sister Amy Smith (Wayne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
