He was predeceased by: his father Jack Eugene Cody; his mother-in-law M. A. Scarbrough Jr.; and his brother-in-law Jerry Scarbrough. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Grace Trezise Cody of Arvada, CO; his wife Jackie Scarbrough Cody of Senoia; his children, Gina Cody Cannell (Todd) of Tyrone, Melissa Cody Trujillo (Jacob) of Manchester and Seth Alan Cody of Rowland Heights, CA; his grandson Stephen Todd Cannell of Savannah; his siblings, Mary Jo Walker (Jimmy) of Denver, CO, Richard Cody (Lynn) of Arvada, CO and Amy Flynn (Phil) of Westminster, CO; and his brother-in-law Arlis Scarbrough (Diane) of McDonough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
