She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Rush and Lizzie B. Rush; her daughter Tabitha Sabrina Hallums; her granddaughter Taylor Danielle Wesley; her siblings, Joe, Charles, Grady, Addie Frank, Annie Kate, Lizze Mae and Mattie Louise; and her daughter-in-law Evelena Amey.
She is survived by: her husband George Amey; her children, Ann Amey-Atkins, Earl Amey (Evelena) and Ray Amey (Kathy); her grandchildren, Antonious Simmons (Denis), Treon Penson (Aisha), Trenton Amey, Elliott Amey (Kim), Tavarus Barnes, Howard Ingram (Shantel), Maurice Hand, Sarah Harvey (Everett), Eric Hand, Brandon Amey and Raphael Atkins (Demetria); her brother-in-law Arther Lee Winbush; and her brother Warren George. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, her church family, and many friends.
