He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carmen and Fred; his wife Pamela; his children, Kristen Baggarly (Tray) and Evan Small (Toria Muñoz); and his grandchildren, Griffin, Madeline Morris, Harrison, Sophie, Rhys Baggarly and David Small.

“I am so very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. I worked with Ed in Area 4 at the center and he was a great guy. I can't tell you how sad I am to learn of his passing. He was absolutely one of the nicest guys in the area, always upbeat and cheerful. I don't think i ever heard him say a cross word. I pray God will comfort you in your loss.”
