He is survived by: his wife Rosa Montano-Parker of Senoia, GA; his children, Angela Parker (James) of Senoia, GA, Sarah Chappell (Matthew) of Athens, GA, Christopher Parker of San Diego, CA and Matthew Parker (Mary Jo) of Jacksonville, NC; his siblings, Vickie Pugh, Joseph Parker (Ben) and Trevor Parker; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kayla, Terry, Deanna, Savanna, Lucas, Penny, Lily Anna, Jeremiah, Liam, Waylon, Tucker, Krystal and Kevin; his great grandchild Waylon; his mother-in-law Mary Montano; and his sisters-in-law, Ana Montano and Patty Lindhart (Joseph). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
