Collins Provau (Richard) of Hemphill, TX and Crystal L. Collins Lutz (Jeff) of Newnan; her siblings, Kenneth Campbell of Caro, MI, Leslie Campbell (Joanne) of Plymouth, MI and Marilyn Kay Miller of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Paul G. III, Nathan Collins, Erika Mullins (Peter), Julian Collins (Lori), Amber Dibble (Josh), Brandon Mushinski, Jamie Tilton (Matt), Jodie Girtman and Thomas Lutz; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Mullins, Duke Sutherland, Hunter Mullins, Erik Mullins, PJ Mullins, Skylar Collins, Piper Collins, Virginia Collins, Ezra Dibble, Molly Dibble, Lucian Dibble, Luna Dibble, Jordan Tilton, Berklee Tilton and Brody Tilton Taylor Girtman.
