He is survived by: his wife Cindy Gowen of Senoia, GA; his children, Dwayne Gowen (Suzie) of Senoia, GA, Margaret Tallent (Ron) of Franklin, GA, Jennifer Royal of Newnan, GA and Angela Duarte (Eric) of Senoia, GA; his brother Jerry Gowen; his former wife Betty Randall; and his grandchildren, Dwayne, Jr., Ashley, Brian, Tyler, Garrett, Kenneth, Dylan, Daniel, Malaina and Zoey. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
