He is survived by: his wife Kathy West Powell; his daughters, Holly Holmes (David) and Jodie Couch (Michael); his grandchildren, Katie Shoemaker (Haven), Hunter Holmes (Gabi), Lindsey Holmes, Brad Jenkins (Cassidy), Brantley Couch and Ansley Grace; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Shoemaker and Sage Jenkins; his sister Jeannie Willis; his nephew Ken Scott (Julie); and his niece Sherry Walker.
