She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Cartrette; and her children, Tammy Strickland and Johnathan Keith Carter. She is survived by: her son Eric Cartrette (Angela) of Louisburg; her stepchildren, Gary Cartrette and Shirley Cook of Warwick, R. I.; her grandchildren, David Strickland, Jimmy, Anthony, Brandon Bryson, Amy Humphries, Casey Carter, Brittany Uribe, Matthew and Reta Cartrette; and her siblings, Iris Stewart (Bobby) of Jacksonville, Fla., D. C. Stone (Linda) of Jacksonville, Fla. and Johnie Stone (Carolyn) of Richmond Hill. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
