He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Tyre of Screven; his son Justin Shane Tyre of Screven; his granddaughter Zaley; his brother Edwin Tyre of Screven; and his brother-in-law Ronald Burnette (Debbie) of Hiawassee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
