She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Bullard; her daughter Pam Bullard Harrison; and her sister Faye Ragen. She is survived by: her daughters, Marie Smith (Gene) of Mershon and Terri Lynn Bullard of Alamo; and her son-in-law Steven Harrison of Jesup. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rinehart and Sons Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
