He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith Kennedy of Screven; his daughters, Margo Kennedy of Apex, NC and Sandy Ann Hayes (Tiny) of Jesup; his grandson James E. Michael (Liz) of Jesup; his stepdaughter Rebecca Thornton (Brad) of Screven; his stepgrandsons, Wesley and Zachary Thornton; and his close friends, Kyle, Carla and Justin Stueber of Lawrenceville.
