Howard Lewis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Lewis of Screven, Georgia, who passed away on August 1, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, P. A. Lewis and Opal Lewis; and his siblings, Antoinette Crouthamel and P. A. Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Madelyn Carter Lewis of Screven; his daughters, Connie Carter (Mark) of Blackshear and Cathy Martin (Russ) of Screven; his grandchildren, Hunter Carter (Amber), Ryan Carter, Cayla Jo and Riley Martin; and his sisters, Patsy Corker of Virginia and Cynthia Parker (Jerry) of Screven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Screven First Baptist Church, 312 School Street, Screven, GA 31560.
