He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Ann Forehand Frye. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Frye (Mary) of Screven and Mark Frye (Amy) of Jesup; his grandchildren, Kristina DeLeGal (Philip), Garrett Frye (Halie), Summer and Gracie Frye; his great grandchildren, Ella Frye and Pat DeLeGal; and his brother Floyd Frye of Athens, Tenn.. He is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice of South Georgia Building Fund, 1625 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, GA 31545.
